Bought on our website? Use the "Manage subscription" link in your receipt email, or see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Bought in the app? Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, so you cancel them on your phone, not inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
On iPhone
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the very top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the Tai Chi app.
- Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm.
On Android
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap the Tai Chi app.
- Tap Cancel subscription, then follow the steps.
You can keep using the app until the end of the period you already paid for.
How to ask for a refund
Bought on our website? Email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Read the full policy.
Bought in the app? Refunds are decided by the store you paid through. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and choose "Request a refund". On Android, follow Google's refund steps. If you get stuck, email us and we will guide you.
I paid, but the app is asking me to pay again
Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple or Google account you used to subscribe. Then open the app, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. If that does not work, email us.
The app is not working properly
Please try these steps, one at a time:
- Close the app fully, then open it again.
- Update the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Check that you are connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Videos need the internet the first time they play.
- Restart your phone.
Please do not delete the app to fix a problem. Your progress is saved only on your phone, so deleting the app also deletes your progress. Email us first and we will help.
Exercising safely
- Talk to your doctor before starting, especially if you have a health condition or balance concerns.
- Keep a sturdy chair or countertop nearby to hold if you need it.
- Move slowly, and make any move smaller if it feels like too much.
- Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
